Membership Committee Chair

Position Statement: I have been a member of SSO:USA since 2016 when I moved back to the US from Europe (previously serving on the executive board of Occupational Science Europe). I have participated in the Conference Committee as member, chair elect, and chair of the 2022 conference. I currently serve as post-chair of the Conference Committee and member of the Occupational Science Education Ad Hoc Committee. As Membership Chair I am passionate about enhancing membership especially for students who made up such a large portion of our last conference and future membership of SSO. As a current PhD candidate in an international occupational science program, I would like to consider opportunities to increase international membership for SSO:USA and connect across OS collaboratives globally.  I am also excited to create more opportunities to connect in person to enhance relationships across the organization.
